We offer training to support the implementation of Moodle.  The training is designed to support the successful development and implementation of Moodle. Detailed below are two of the more popular courses we offer.

Moodle Administrator Training

This one day course is aimed specifically at people within your organisation who will have the role of Moodle Site Administrator. It is a practical course introducing all the features that Moodle offers as a VLE (LMS). It also looks at the role of the Moodle Administrator and introduces the knowledge and skills essential to the operation of a dynamic Moodle learning platform.

The course will ensure that participants:

• Know and understand the full potential of a Moodle learning environment
• Are able to set-up and manage Moodle courses and functionality
• Understand what makes an effective Moodle course
• Are able to monitor and manage user access
• Are able to use the Moodle system to monitor and report on user activity
• Are able to support tutors and users so that they get the most out of their Moodle experience

On completion of our course, Moodle Administrators will also have free access to our on-line Moodle Administrator Learning Materials for one year.

Moodle Training for Tutors

This one day course is aimed specifically at people within your organisation who will have the role of Moodle Tutor. It is a practical course that introduces all the features that Moodle offers to Tutors, linked to the design and delivery of on-line learning. It also introduces the knowledge and skills essential for Tutors to ensure their on-line learners get the most out of their Moodle experience.

The course will ensure that participants:

• Know and understand the potential of a Moodle based learning experience
• Are able to set-up and control Moodle courses
• Understand what makes an effective Moodle course
• Are able to monitor learner activity
• Are able to support users so that they get the most out of their Moodle experience

On completion of our course, Moodle Tutors will also have free access to our on-line Moodle Tutor Learning Materials for one year.
